To pre-enroll your child, please fill out and submit the form below.  When this form is received in our office, your child will be added to our waiting list.  It is advised that you call the school within a few days to make sure your form was received.  Our office telephone number is 480 964-4602. 

It is suggested that you have your child put on our waiting list for kindergarten as early as possible.  Children who turn 5 before December 31 are eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the following school year.

How do you place your students?
Answer:
We place our students according to academic ability. Parents need to make an appointment to have their child tested.

Why do you test kindergarteners?
Answer:    
For academic readiness and behavioral purposes, and their ability to sit and take instruction.

What if my child is not fully potty trained?
Answer:    
Children must be fully potty trained.

What if my child fails the test?
Answer:    
It is not a pass or fail test, the test is simply to place your child according to     academic ability.

When can I tour your school?

At the time of your appointment we will also give you a tour of our School.
